About Photographic Freedom

I’m sitting with my Mac on a Sunday evening and I weird thing has happened.
I started making a new…
Website?
Blog?
Or a bit of both is what it seems to be.
Now, this is weird because I already have a website that i’m happy with.
But here’s the thing…
It follows the exacting requirements of my online presence as a photographer.
Yet here I am starting another build. Another build with a major difference…
The photographs are colour.
So if there was ever a WTF moment.
Why?
Because I don’t do colour. Ever.
Yet, something has happened. And when I test my thinking it comes down to this.
First, photography is my freedom. In every sense of the word. So, the purpose with this little website is to express that freedom.
And that’s not the colour thing. It’s the variation in genre and the colour thing.
furthermore, I have no intention of making this about my main genres. Which are street photography and urban landscapes.
Sure, it’s possible such photos will turn up. Along with…
Whatever else takes my fancy.
That is, pure photographic freedom.
